Shipping policy

1. Lowest Shipping Costs

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.  Please note that applicable shipping fees do not include import taxes from respective countries.

You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.

2. Shortest Delivery Time
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item.  Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

Shipping and delivery estimates
The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as soon as they become available.

The 'Delivers' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships.

All estimates are based on business days.

You will have a choice of which courier you prefer on the checkout page.  This choice will impact the Delivery time-frame as well as shipping costs incurred to you.

However, with 'Free Shipping', SAMINK® reserves the right to choose whichever is deemed fit for the destination country.  As a rule of thumb, only express services offered by DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS will be chosen.

Store Pickup
You have the choice of pickup for free at our factory premises.  However, if you are an overseas customer, with a local Singapore billing address, please note that local taxes (GST 7%) will be automatically incurred.

Once you're ready to purchase, type in our Singapore address (56 Loyang Way, 02-18, Singapore 508775), and select Pick up at Checkout.  Then continue to payment.  You'll receive a notification WhatsApp message when your item is available to pick up. Please wait for this message before coming to the store.

What time will my order be delivered?
All orders are handed to the respective delivery couriers and the estimated date and time of delivery can be found on their tracking pages.  Use the tracking number or Airway Bill (AWB) provided on the shipping notification email on their websites.

I need to change my shipping address.
If you have not yet received your shipment notification you can amend your details online by replying to the order confirmation email.  If you are unable to modify your shipping details soon enough via email, contact Sam on WhatsApp at +65 9011 2282.

Shipping Restrictions

Shopping in Singapore

There are no shipping restrictions in Singapore.

Shopping outside Singapore

We ship to dozens of countries outside Singapore.  Singapore is also part of many Free-Trade agreements with many countries around the globe.  However, you are responsible for the laws that govern import customs and taxes in your country. This may include local, state, and federal taxes or additional handling fees by couriers.

We can also ship to your appointed freight forwarders.  Enter their Singapore address on the checkout page and be sure to inform them of an incoming shipment before completing your purchase.

Non-dangerous goods
All inks shipments are shipped with our Non-Dangerous Goods (Non-DG) declaration letter as well as the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS or SDS) to aid faster and safer clearance.

Customs information
For the countries in the following list, customers are required to provide us more information to receive the products.

  • Others countries with stricter import regulations.
