❤️Why Konica KM 512i requires 13 picoliters SAM★INK®? October 16 2017, 0 Comments

The holy grail of single-pass printing.

New inkjet printheads featuring an all-nozzle independent drive system with a multi-line structure at a maximum drive frequency of 45kHz, approximately 3 times greater than that of existing superwide format inkjet printing print heads, require an ink that is capable of jetting a minimum of 13 picoliters in 8 drop sizes.

The Konica Minolta KM 512i and1024i are new breakthrough inkjet printheads for the development of single-pass inkjet printers capable of extreme high-speed printing.

The ink has to be designed from the ground up for viscosity and dynamic surface tension.
