    Like any car, your printers require annual service and maintenance.  Annual servicing and maintenance ensure you avoid a massive capital outlay to replace printers that have broken down as a result of neglect.  SAM*INK® can arrange a scheduled, annual service of your printers as well as looking after repairs for broken down printers.     Contact your nearest SAM*INK® Service Center for information.

If you are using SAM*INK® for the first time, it is absolutely necessary that our Serviceman inspect the printer's working condition i.e. current print quality, printhead nozzles, air-dumpers, ink-tube system, wiper blades, wiper station, and the printhead capping station.  We would humbly request that the printer be in a proper working condition before inserting our ink-cartridges.  If the printer is not in a proper working condition, our Serviceman would not be able to insert our ink-cartridges to demonstrate the quality of our inks.
  3. Why Flush Cartridges?In environments where the air is dry, ECO-SOL inks dries faster on the printheads at the nozzles.  Especially on the black printheads because black inks print the lowest volume compared to Cyan, Magenta, Yellow. Light-Cyan, & Light-Magenta.  Please insert flush cartridges and execute a charge to keep the printheads in good working condition.
