A: Statistical 1/10000=0.0001 insignificant

Switch off the printer. Replace Air Pressure System, APS (USD125) and clean the air tubes (2 men X 4 man-hours about USD250).

Note: Always place a protector plastic sheet onto the bottom Ink Supply Station, ISS Printed Circuit Assembly, PCA to prevent ink leaking onto it.
