Vivera-type Microporous Pigment Inks in 5 Colors with Three-Black Ink Set.

  • The 8-ink features five (5) color inks, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Light-Cyan, Light-Magenta,
    and 3-blacks (Matte-Black, Photo-Black, and Light-Gray).
  • SAM*INK® Z6100 no.91 pigment inks produce long-lasting, durable prints with outstanding image
    quality. Unlaminated prints for interior in-window displays resist fading for over 1-year unlaminated,
    and laminated prints resist fading for over 3-years on a range of HP-type medias. Prints on interior
    display away from direct sunlight resist fading for more than 200-years on a wide range of
    photo-papers, matte fine-art media, and coated medias. SAM*INK® Z6100 no.91 microporous pigment

With a large coverage of PANTONE colors, SAM*INK® Z6100 no.91 inks offer accurate spot-color
proofing for corporate logos and product packaging. PANTONE color names can be assigned to
graphical elements in designs and ink values are specifically determined for the printer, inks,

HP Designjet Z6100: Top 10 Questions

Q1. My colors changed in the middle of printing!
Change the maintenance cartridge once a month.
It is overflowing with ink and wetting the printhead nozzles with mixed colors.

Q2. 24:10
One of the color's ink-tube-system air-valve needle-pin maybe bent.
Straighten the needle-pin and the error may go away.
Reset EEPROM.

HP front panel may display a broken ink-bag.
Instead, we experienced air-leaking from an ink-cartridge.
Problem is that the printer does not indicate which ink-cartridge.

+ Switch off the printer.
+ Remove all ink-cartridges.

+ Check each cartridge's air-valve for any traces of ink leak.
If there is no trace of ink, switch on the printer.
Insert each cartridge into the printer one-by-one when prompted until the printer identifies the faulty cartridge.
Quarantine that cartridge for a credit-note.

+ Check each cartridge's air-valve for any traces of ink leak.
If there is a trace of ink, quarantine that cartridge for a credit-note.
Call our dealer, licensee, or franchisee to replace the ink tube.

Q5. Is the recession-proof cartridge designed for removal and re-insertion?

A: You do not need to remove the cartridge to refill. We designed the cartridge to stay inserted in the printer for good.
