Yes, please email us and we will direct you to our nearest franchisee.
We guarantee the printhead to print for another 1,000ml.

Q. I have left-over inks in cartridges?
We have filled more than 680g of ink.

Q. What is your printhead life?
We have seen 12,000ml. The majority is between 3,000 to 5,000ml. Like HP, we guarantee 1,000ml.

Q. What is your ink's storage temperature?
Between 15 to 35 degrees Celcius.

Q: Is the recession-proof cartridge designed for removal and re-insertion?
A: You do not need to remove the cartridge to refill. We designed the cartridge to stay inserted in the printer for good.

Q. Is your 81 Dye Black a neutral black?
Yes, it gives you great gray-scale graduated prints from black to light-gray.

Printhead path 1 or 2. Change the belt.
There is sound during printing. Change the belt.
The prints are grainy. Change the line-sensor.
0021. Change the line-sensor.
Severe sinusoidal banding and ink drips from the printhead onto the print-media. There is air in the printhead. Air can enter the printhead from 2-places.If you are using cartridge - change the cartridge. If you are using a continuous-bulk-ink-system, lift the ink-bottles 1.8m off the floor. Remove the printhead for remanufacturing. Suck ink through the ink-tube-system with a suction pump. Insert a new printhead. If severe sinusoidal banding again reappears and ink is again dripping from the printhead, air is entering the printheads via the nipples of the ink-tube-system. Change the ink-tube-system.
Boot Error. Change the hard-disk-drive.
The belt is not torn but have loosen. Change the belt-tensioner-assembly.
The printher does not power up. Change the power-supply.
Ink is leaking from the ink-tube-system and onto the print-media. Change the ink-tube-system.
