Mr. Sam Leong
Founder & Director
Mr. Sam Leong is the founder and director of Inkjet Systems Private Limited, the industry leader in providing sustainable environmental solutions in high quality imaging products. Sam is responsible for providing strategic vision and leadership for the company as well as overseeing research and development, manufacturing, sales, business development, and strategic alliance initiatives.
A technopreneur , Sam has been instrumental in the growth of the business - all which began at zero revenue. Sam worked at Hewlett-Packard as a large format DesignJet Engineer and was promoted to Marketing Manager. Prior to Inkjet Systems, Sam served as director for Sihl Papier, a public listed company in Zurich, Switzerland.
Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Sam also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Golden Gate University of San Francisco California. Sam also conducted postgraduate research work on inkjet ink formulation chemistry and inkjet systems at Cambridge.

Mr. Michael Palmer

Mr Michael Palmer, a partner at Harry Elias Partnership, was elected Speaker of the Singapore Parliament on 10 October 2011. He is the eighth Speaker in the history of the Singapore Parliament since it started in 1955 as a Legislative Assembly.
Mr Palmer has been a Member of Parliament since 2006. In 2006, he was one of six MPs serving the Pasir-Ris Punggol Group Representation Constituency. In the 2011 General Election, he won the Single-Member Consitituency of Punggol East with 54.5% of the votes.
He had previously served in the Estimates Committee of the 11th Parliament and chaired the Government Parliamentary Committee (GPC) for Defence and Foreign Affairs. In July 2011, prior to his election as the Speaker, he was appointed the Chairman of the Government Parliamentary Committee (GPC) for Home Affairs and Law. He was also a member of the Government Parliamentary Committee (GPC) for National Development and the Environment.
